ESPORTS AWARDS - VIP 2019

The Brief

As a Partner/Sponsor to this event we were asked to compile, design, source and manufacture a truly bespoke and special gift for the VIP attendees at the first Esports Awards event to be held in Texas, USA. With the event being in the UK for the first 2 years this move to Texas meant that many would be travelling a long distance to be there, and this was to be reflected in the gift. 

Product

We decided that travel was the theme, the client loved this idea and so we set about compiling a list of products. Finally we settled on, a Passport Holder, Metal Luggage Tag, Power Bank, Metal Water Bottle and we included a VIP Koyo Kard. 

Execution

This gift was to be left on the bed of each recipients’ hotel room as a surprise and so we wanted it to have a real impact. We sourced high quality products or had them manufactured to our own high standards, including a beautiful presentation box. From the initial visual of the box through the reveal we wanted the journey to continue to the items inside. Therefore we placed 2 high quality leaves with a message from us and the client before reaching the bespoke foam insert holding the gifts perfectly.
